one-on-one mentoring
salon mentoring
The Salon Mentoring course is designed for aspiring or current salon owners, stylists, beauty industry professionals, and entrepreneurs who are looking to scale their businesses, grow their clientele, and improve their business processes. This course will allow you to shadow Master Stylist, salon owner, and entrepreneur, Jada Jenkins, for a full day. Course participants will have an opportunity to shadow Jada as she mentors and instructs participants through her daily operations as a successful entrepreneur and salon owner.
What you’ll learn in this course:
In this course you will learn how to manage multiple priorities and client needs while gaining clarity on what it takes to be a successful business owner and professional stylist. You’ll see first hand how clients are managed and learn industry best practices for managing a thriving business while serving clients with excellence and exceeding their expectations. While shadowing, you’ll gain an opportunity to acquire real time experience and receive feedback from an experienced industry professional.

Custom wig unit
The Custom Wig Unit Design course is for stylists who want to learn how to sew custom wig units or improve their current wig design process. In this course participants will learn to make high quality custom wig units that can be worn. Participants will get an opportunity to join industry leader, Jada Jenkins, as she teaches techniques to successfully create custom units using a sewing machine.
What you’ll learn in this course:
- Take proper client measurements to ensure quality and satisfaction of final product
- Proper technique for strategic closure placement
- Variations for sewing machine settings
- Sourcing vendors for materials
Tools and techniques to complete (1) custom unit by the end of the course*
*Tools required for completion of unit will be provided and are included in course cost.

- Learn best practices for building your custom units
- Learn skills to creating a wig product that can be sold

Participants will be responsible for purchasing the following course materials:
- A minimum of (2) 4oz. bundles of wefted extensions**
- A closure from vendor of your choice

Business Ownership 101
In Business Ownership 101, Jada will teach you how to successfully manage your business and build your brand. As a master stylist, salon owner, and product educator, Jada has had the opportunity to educate hundreds of industry professionals on best practices to help them grown their brands. During this 5-week course, participants will learn from Jada as she teaches business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs how to grow and sustain their businesses.
Course participants will receive knowledge, skills, and tools needed to successfully run a business while exploring the intricate details and importance of developing a strategy to build your brand. This program is designed to help you discover and develop entrepreneurship skills.
This is a five-week course, held virtually, one day per week.
In this course, participants will:
Learn tactical tools to build a loyal clientele
Learn how to promote their businesses via social media
Learn principles for saving money
Learn how to prepare for the future of your business
Learn principles and practices to increase financial growth
This course is for you if:
You’re an aspiring entrepreneur who wants to build a strategy to launch a business.
You’re in business but want to increase your clientele and cash flow.
You offer a product or service and want to improve your audience engagement strategy.
